Day 1; Morning- Julie K's Super Metabolism Kick Start Diet (Leslie's Perspective)

Mind was racing so I was definitely awake at 4AM (my 3 AM bathroom break didn't really send me back to sleep)

I didn't really have much to do since my gym bag was packed and my lunch/breakfast bag was packed so I actually put some laundry away...Don't worry there's still some sort of a pile left in my room.

Left the house for the gym around 5:20 thinking they don't open until 5:45 (because that's what the sign says) but there were definitely some people there so now I can go a little earlier :)!

Did my couch to 5K and nailed it...lots more running this week (5 minute run intervals with 3 minute walks between) and I was worried it'd be tough since I didn't do much last week but ended good!

Ate the breakfast and man is not instant, not flavored oatmeal DISGUSTING!! I brought an orange today instead of a banana so I couldn't really cut it up and put it in there, so I definitely learned my lesson!

Besides the oatmeal great start to a Monday..this is my regular weigh day and I lost another 2lbs so down a total of 17.2!! If this metabolism boost really gets 10 lbs off in 3 weeks I'll be smokin for the trip!!
