Wow-- I have never gone to the bathroom so much in my life (except when I've had food poisoning). I HAVE to be losing weight based on the sheer amount things coming out of me!!!
Day 4 and 5 I downgraded from wanting to drink a bucket of ranch to a full bottle. Actually I wasn't starving too bad at all. Now don't get me wrong, I wanted different things than what I was eating that were not good for me, but I didn't feel like I would kill someone if they were sitting across from me eating fried chicken...so that's progress, right?
As Emily said we are going to spend just about every tempting, eating, hour together. Last night we took a walk and met at the tanning bed. Tonight we're taking another walk, going to the store to get week two supplies, and probably the movies. Tomorrow we're working out cooking and going to the movies again. Sunday night we have a non standard meal on our plan because we're celebrating Tiff's b-day at Medieval Times....Don't worry we've already scoped out the menu and are likely going with the vegetarian option..I'm so excited (said sarcastically about the food/Real Excited for the "tournament!" and Tiff's BDAY!) :)
