Not from dieting, but from work so I can focus on my diet. And by focus, I mean work out really hard and then take naps to not to want to eat anything.
I've done well and the weight loss is there, just not quite as much as I'd hoped. I'm down about 5 since the super strict version started, and 22 total :). There's 4 weeks and 3 days and I'm still optimistic that I can get another 8-10 off before the big trip!
Friday when there was birthday cake at work I ate the smallest bite you could think of. My Saturday "cheating" was a piece of chicken with cheese on it, one dinner roll, and half a small popcorn at the Mavs game. I did the cooking yesterday and got everything ready again so I'm staying on the track. Last week I did get lots of compliments, so maybe it's redistributing and the numbers are just coming off slower :).
Another vegas dress was purchased over the weekend so that's more motivation. It's black and gray tiger striped with sequence!!
Today I was thinking I can't remember the last time I had red meat (that's what she said). I'm going to eat the heck out of some in and out burger when we get to Sin City (also what she said)
